How do you become a coach?
If you are interested in coaching your child, please indicate it on the registration form under special comments or request box. The names will then be forwarded to the program director of that age group.
Per our town ordinance and recreation rule, it is mandatory that the follow requirements be met before you start coaching: (1) photo ID card; (2) background check done by the Franklin Lakes Recreation and Parks Department; and (3) attend and satisfactorily complete a three hour nationally recognized training clinic (Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y clinic).
