What should I do if Gaeta Recycling Co., Inc. missed a garbage pick-up?
- All trash should be put out the night before to avoid missed pick-ups. If a garbage collection is missed, call the Garbage & Recycling Hotline at (201) 891-4000, extension 3700 or e-mail your issue to garbage@franklinlakes.org. If calls or emails are made during off-hours, you will receive a return call during the next scheduled workday. .
- Residents calling prior to 12 noon will have their garbage collected on the same day. Residents calling after 12 noon will have their garbage collected on the following day.
