Subchapter 6 - Rehabilitation Code
A Message From the Code Enforcement Official:
In accordance with Subchapter 6 of the UCC Rehabilitation subcode, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms are required to be installed in ALL single and two family homes where ANY work is performed. Units shall be of battery operated type minimally.

Search our Construction Permit database to obtain the “status” of a permit application. The online portal is useful for homeowners, realtors, and contractors who would like to check the status of UCC Permit applications. The permit information is available to search online without completing an OPRA Request.
