Finance

The Finance Department consists of two (2) divisions: Finance and Tax Collection. It is a multi-task department responsible for all financial operations of the Borough and is comprised of three (3) employees. All services are performed in house except for the outsourcing of services for payroll processing.

The Finance Department maintains books and records of all financial transactions, processes all payrolls, claims and demands against the Borough and controls all expenditures to ensure that budget appropriations are not exceeded. Cash management plans are developed and maintained for the Borough and additionally, the preparation of the annual budget originates within this department.
