Mission Statement
The mission of Franklin Lakes REACH is to promote the health and well-being of individuals in Franklin Lakes through the reduction or elimination of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use. Franklin Lakes REACH will achieve this through an ongoing process of community involvement, collaborations, education, public awareness activities, sharing resources and delivery of quality programs.
