Rental Dwelling Survey

To comply with a New Jersey Law which recently came into effect, the Borough needs to identify all rental dwellings within the Borough. Under the Lead-Based Paint Inspection Law (P.L.2021, c. 182), the Borough must inspect rental dwellings that were built prior to 1978 periodically and upon a change in tenancy.
