Former Councilman Russell W. Schroeder, Jr. Passed Away

Russell ("Russ") W. Schroeder passed away last week at the age of 85 years. Russ served as Councilman from January 1, 1983 and served through December 2006. Russ was a hardworking and passionate Councilman, and he always had the Borough's best interests in mind. Click here for his obituary.
