Residents “Meet the Mayor”

On May 27, Mayor Charles “Charlie” Kahwaty held a Meet the Mayor session. Residents were able to participate in person and via Facebook Live. You can watch the Facebook Live meeting on the Borough’s Facebook page. The Mayor began by reading a statement providing answers to some of the most commonly-asked questions: What’s going on with the Cigna property? When will the project be finished? What is the status of the PBA negotiations? What is the status of the Community Center? What is the latest on our playgrounds? Will the Nature Preserve access ever be completed? What does the budget look like for this year? Mayor Kahwaty then fielded questions from both the live audience and the virtual Facebook Live audience.
