Joseph Francis Kelly, Sr., Borough Councilman from 2012 through 2020, passed away on March 1, 2021. Joe was known to all as a kind and thoughtful family man. Joe was survived by his wife, Gail, his three children and 11 grandchildren. Click here to read Joe’s obituary.
