- Nixle is a community alert notification service called Nixle, which will alert residents on localized emergency situations and relevant community advisories. Nixle is administered through the Franklin Lakes Police Department.
- Borough Happenings distributes periodic e-mails from the Borough with Borough News, emergency alerts, information on special events and upcoming meetings. It is also used to alert residents on localized emergency situations and relevant community advisories.
