Barre3, a global network of studios and the innovative leader of the barre fitness movement, opened its newest location in Franklin Lakes at 858 Franklin Avenue, in the Franklin Crossing/Stop & Shop shopping center. Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness whose mission is to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. Amy Billetz, Studio Owner, held the Grand Opening Friday October 15th, 2021. To celebrate, barre3 Franklin Lakes we will be hosting mini in studio events all month long and all clients will receive a complimentary first class throughout October.
