Retirees Honored and New Appointments

The Mayor and Council conducted a ceremony on April 2, 2021 to honor the recent Police Department retirees and swear in newly appointed individuals. Click here to view additional photos.

Two members of the Franklin Lakes Department that recently retired were honored for their service to the Borough of Franklin Lakes.

Captain Jack Bakelaar retired on March 31, 2021 with over 44 years of service.
Sergeant Andrew Cacciatore retired on January 31, 2021 with over 25 years of service.

The following individuals were appointed to new positions in the Police Department:
