Cigna Update - Developer to Present Concept Plan Tonight - updated 2/1/2023

The contract purchaser of the Cigna property, The S. Hekemian Group, has provided its concept plan – see above. The developer will be presenting the concept plan tonight at a joint meeting of the Mayor and Council and Planning Board, to be held at the Franklin Avenue Middle School, in the Multipurpose Room, at 7:00 pm. Concerned residents are encouraged to attend.  The public will be given an opportunity to provide input and ask questions.
