Cigna Property Update - School-Aged Children Report

Powell, Jr., of Nassau Capital Advisors, LLC, projecting the number of school-aged children in grades kindergarten through 12th grade for the 585 units that would be constructed by the developer based on the concept plan provided by the developer. Borough representatives have had an initial meeting with school and Board of Education officials (K-8) to better understand potential school impacts from development of the site and are scheduling a meeting with high school representatives.
