Report of Operations

A Report of Operations is to be completed and submitted to Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission no later than the 15^th day of the month immediately following the month in which the licensed activity was held, operated, or conducted. Failure to submit this report may cause future applications to be denied.

A copy of this report must also be provided to the Borough Clerk’s office. If additional fees are due to the LGCCC, then the same amount is also due and payable to the Borough of Franklin Lakes.
