Garbage and Recycling Schedule Changes

Twice a Week Garbage - begins Monday, April 1.
Yard Waste Collection - begins Monday, April 1. For yard waste bags, call 201-891-4000, ext. 3010.
Leaf Compost Facility - Saturday, April 6 begins weekend hours. Call ahead during the week to have the gate unlocked.
Shred Day and Styrofoam Collection Drive - Friday, April 26, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
BCUA Recycling - Household hazardous waste, tire, electronic and shredding.
Bulk Waste - schedule collection for first and third Thursday of month.
Metal/Appliance Recycling - schedule collection for first Friday of month.
Recycling Center - open Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. No one is available from the DPW to assist residents to remove items from vehicles.
