“Straighten Up America”

The Board of Health recently presented the program “Straighten Up America,” by Dr. Joe Cucci, to the Borough’s residents at Horizons Apartment Homes. The full body stretching program was an interactive that emphasized postural exercises, stretching and spinal health education.
