Honoring Jack Wallace

At the August 1, 2023 Mayor and Council Meeting, Mayor Charles J. X. Kahwaty honored Jack Wallace with a Proclamation for his contributions to the United States National Sled Hockey Team for winning a Gold Medal at the 2023 World Para Ice Hockey Championship in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada on June 4, 2023. This was the third time (2019, 2021 and 2023) Jack and his team have won the World Para Ice Hockey Championship to add to his and the team's two Paralympic Winter Games gold medals (2018 and 2022).
