As I look back and reflect on the year 2022, it brings me great joy that we were able to celebrate Franklin Lakes with so many current and past residents. It was quite an experience getting to know so many lifelong, old-timers, and new residents, learning about their families and the history of Franklin Lakes. A big thank you to all who have volunteered and worked throughout the past two plus years to make our Centennial so special.
My biggest thank you is to Mayor Frank Bivona. Mayor Bivona enabled me to be creative and develop and implement a vision of Franklin Lakes Centennial “Pride In Our Past, Faith In Our Future.” The initial vision for the year-long celebration was Mayor Bivona’s vision and he then empowered me to run with it. He has put his trust in me and has supported me, not only during the Centennial, but in all of the programming and events that we provide to the Franklin Lakes community. Please join me in thanking Mayor Bivona for all his community involvement and support.
