Missed Garbage Collection

We want to make sure that your garbage and recycling issues are addressed effectively and efficiently.  To that end, if your garbage or recycling is not picked up:

  • All garbage and recycling should be put out by 6:00 am on the day of collection to avoid missed pick-ups.
  • Best Contact for missed collection – garbage@franklinlakes.org.
  • If you are unable to email, you can call Gaeta at 973-278-6625.
  • If Gaeta is not responsive, contact Richard Paddock, the Borough’s Recycling Coordinator, or call 201-891-4333.
