Franklin Lakes Community Center Update
With the expiration of the 10 year lease with the Wyckoff YMCA for the Franklin Lakes Community Center ("FLCC"), the Borough has solicited proposals for the leasing of the FLCC, and have received proposals from the Wyckoff YMCA and others. The Mayor and Council have not yet made a final decision as to which proposal to accept, but should be making that decision soon.
Yesterday FLCC members received a flyer from the Wyckoff YMCA which indicates that it will be discontinuing services at the FLCC and confirmed that it will not be seeking to extend its FLCC lease at this time due to the continued uncertainty.
