The Franklin Lakes Mayors Wellness Campaign will host a Blood Drive on Thursday, January 16, 2025. It’s safe to donate blood, and it's more important than ever! All healthy donors are urged to donate now; donating blood is safe and easy to do, but there are a few basic requirements to donate blood. If you're in good health and meet the general eligibility blood donation requirements, then you are likely able to give blood. There is a critical need for blood. Remember, "Because of you, life doesn't stop."

Donor Guidelines:

Weigh at least 110 lbs.
Eat a meal within in two hours ahead of your donation
Bring ID
Drink plenty of water before and after donation
Must be at least 16 years of age
Be in good health
Wait 8 weeks between whole blood donations.
