Mission Statement
Under the provisions of the Uniform Construction Code, as adopted by the State of New Jersey, and ordinances, as adopted by the Mayor and Council, this Department is dedicated to provide for the health, safety and welfare of the residents and visitors of Franklin Lakes by ensuring the soundness and habitability of the Borough’s residential, commercial and industrial properties.
