Special Needs Registration for Emergencies

The Franklin Lakes Police Department and Office of Emergency Management are looking for residents to register for the Borough’s Special Needs Directory.  This is a confidential directory to keep records of people with disabilities and special needs that will require special assistance during an evacuation, power outage or other emergency.
