Emergency Management Coordinator Craig Goldman - 2011 to 2019
At the Mayor and Council’s January 2, 2020 Reorganization meeting, long-time Emergency Management Coordinator Craig Goldman was honored with the presentation of a plaque honoring his extraordinary service. The plaque will be affixed to the Emergency Management building (in Veterans Plaza). It reads as follows:
Craig transformed the Borough's Office of Emergency Management during his 9 year tenure as Coordinator. Through a combination of determination, zeal and charisma, he took a nascent group and made it into a vibrant and substantial organization, which included 55 Community Emergency Response Team members, 40 FCC Licensed Radio Operators and dozens of Auxiliary members. Craig is known to all as a gracious, generous and selfless person, with a deep commitment to the Franklin Lakes community. This plaque commemorates his exceptional service.
