Stigma Free - Mental Health Awareness

From the Board of Health
Mental health stressors in our society can include family, friends and business relationships which can be triggers. Nevertheless, the current COVID-19 pandemic has undoubtedly heightened all our emotions ranging from isolation, vulnerability and depression. Our Stigma Free initiative supports awareness and treatment of mental health symptoms. The key in these times of COVID-19 is to recognize the accelerating signs of mental health disease.

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please call 911 for crisis support during a mental health emergency. Bergen County residents can also call 201-262-4357 (help) or the NJ Hopeline at 855-654-6735.
