 How do I make a request for a copy of a Police Department report?

Report request forms may be obtained at the Police Headquarters communications desk (and also submitted there), or arrangements may be made by contacting the Police Chief’s Administrative Assistant at 201-891-1855.

 How do I make a request for a “Letter of Good Conduct”, for employment, foreign travel, or other purposes?

To request a Good Conduct Letter, please fill out and submit this form: https://portal.laserfiche.com/g8290/forms/GoodConductLetter. You will be notified via email when the letter is completed and ready to be picked up at police headquarters.

 How do I obtain a temporary handicapped parking permit?

An application for a temporary handicapped parking placard may be obtained by contacting the Police Chief’s Administrative Assistant at 201-891-1855. The permits are valid for a period of six months and require a physician’s certification. Applications for permanent handicapped parking placards need to be made through a New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission office.
