Borough of Franklin Lakes Public Notices

In accordance with New Jersey Public Law 2025, Chapter 72 (S-4654/A-5878), the Borough of Franklin Lakes now publishes all required public notices on the dedicated page https://franklinlakes.org/publicnotices

Effective March 1, 2026, public notices that are legally required to be published will be posted accessible free of charge to the public. These may include but are not limited to: meeting announcements, agendas, ordinances, requests for bids and proposals (RFPs/RFQs), Land Use and Zoning Board matters, budget and audit notices, and other legal announcements required by law.

Notices will remain publicly accessible for at least one week (or longer as required by specific law) before being moved to an online archive. The archive will be maintained for at least one year, in full compliance with state law.
